During 2024 I had the opportunity to work closely with the team at the National Archives of Australia to develop their Capability Review Action Plan. The simplicity of the published plan doesn’t do justice to the expansive engagement that occurred across the organisation and the detail contained within the implementation plan.
My thanks to Director-General Simon Froude for valuing the engagement of staff and his discarding of box ticking to focus on outcomes. Thanks also to the Governance team for their support and collaborative approach.
