Shaping the Future
Working with the Executive Board, LeadAbility Group defined the 2020 vision for the National Archives of Australia. The challenge for the organisation is to move from being a largely physical repository to a largely digital repository.
Operating in a complex environment underpinned by legislative requirements and diverging community expectations, LeadAbility Group worked closely with the executive and facilitated the definition of the strategic priorities including a forward work program to achieve the National Archives of Archives 2020 Vision.
This work resulted in defining the 2020 vision and establishing a prioritised forward work program spanning all functions.
